The Twyford CofE Academies Trust was formed in October 2011 to allow the existing Twyford CofE High School to build upon its strengths and develop beyond a single school.
Affiliated to the London Diocesan Board for Schools, Twyford has set up a multi-academy Trust. Schools within the Trust share the same ethos which we call the 10:10 Ethic - based on the Gospel of John chapter 10 verse 10 - 'I have come that you might have life and have it to the full'. But each school also has a distinctive character of its own and we will work to ensure that this ethic embraces all of our students, whatever their faith or background.
The Trust's second school, William Perkin CofE High School received permission to open as a Free School and opened in September 2013, with its first intake of Year 7 students.
In September 2017, Ealing Fields High School became part of the Twyford CofE Academies Trust.
The Trust's fourth school, Ada Lovelace Church of England High School, opened in September 2018 at William Perkin CofE High School and moved into its new, permanent site in September 2020.
All four schools are under the ultimate authority of a Board of Directors whose job it is to ensure that the vision and values of the Trust are lived up to at each school. Further information can be found on the Trust website.
