IBM deliver CV Writing workshop to Year 10

On Friday, lots of IBMers visited Ada Lovelace school to deliver the next workshop in a series to our Year 10 students.

This workshop was all about CV writing. The students learnt about what makes a good CV, Dos and Don'ts and then practised writing a personal statement. For many this is the first time they've attempted to write their own CV so the session was extremely valuable in helping to focus minds on how to make themselves stand out. They then logged in to SkillsBuild and started to work on a badge 'Preparing for Your First Job' putting their learning from the workshop into practise.
