Last week, our Year 10 students took part in workshops delivered by our friends over at IBM. They learnt all about the importance of non verbal communication, such as: body movements, eye contact, appearance and posture. They then logged into SkillsBuild and began working on the Professional Skills badge. The workshop contributes to a wider picture of getting our Year 10 students ready for work experience and how to conduct themselves professionally. We are very grateful to IBM for sharing their invaluable insight and knowledge in this area and we noticed the students were very engaged throughout the workshop.
