We are very happy to report significant progress has been made this month, both in preparing for the new cohort of Year 7 students on the William Perkin site in September and on the permanent site.

As anyone who has passed the Park View site recently on the North Circular will have seen, the teaching block is now out of the ground and the metal framework is going up.

Thanks to a mild and dry spring Kier Construction are currently on programme with the building work.

Over at William Perkin the temporary block, which was given unanimous approval by Ealing Council Planning Committee back in March, was installed by contractors Reds10 during half term causing as little disruption to school life as possible. Work is continuing on the interior refurbishment in situ and to the access area between the main building and the temporary block.

The extension for William Perkin’s café is also taking shape as you’ll see from the photo below.
