Last week, our Digital T Level students headed over to IBM's offices on York Road. These students have to complete work placements as part of their T Level course. The purpose of this visit was for the students to experience a genuine interview process prior to placements later this term. They were put through their paces by an Assessment Centre group task and one-to-one interviews.
We would like to thank the team at IBM for organising the day, it gave our students valuable interview experience.
We received a lovely comment from one of the IBMers who said how well prepared our students were and that some of them were fortunate to already have relevant work experience under their belt which they could talk about in their interviews. This definitely puts them one step ahead of their peers when they can talk about relevant industry experience.
